Located near the bluff and golf course in Tsawwassen, this project is shaped around layered views over fairways and toward the Strait. Summit Glazing’s package uses Schüco TTC 50 curtainwall, AWS 75 BS operable windows, ASE 75 PD minimalistic performance line sliders, and AD UP 75 swing doors to combine large fixed glass with well-placed operable units. With Lamoureux and MP Construction, the focus has been on managing solar gain from long hours of sun while keeping interior spaces bright and comfortable. Curtainwall bands and corner sliders open principal rooms to expansive decks, while smaller openings support cross ventilation in bedrooms and service spaces. Once complete, the home will serve as a strong reference for high-performance Schüco residential glazing in South Delta, striking a balance between golf course views, privacy, and energy performance.
