Located in Vancouver’s Dunbar Southlands, this project is designed as a light-filled family home with strong connections between interior spaces, garden, and rooftop. Summit Glazing’s scope combines Schüco AWS 75.SI and AWS 90.SI window systems with an ASE 67 PD corner slider, AD UP 75 swing door, and FWS 50.SI skylights and a roof hatch to bring daylight down through the centre of the plan. Working with BLA Design and Natural Balance, the glazing package focuses on clean framing lines, proven performance, and long-term serviceability in a coastal climate. Once delivered, the project will show what a carefully coordinated Schüco envelope can do on a tight urban site, from quiet bedroom openings to expansive corner glass that opens the house toward mature trees and outdoor living spaces.
